Company information
This website is operated by Acquamarina S.r.l. ("Acquamarina"), trading as Acquamarina Yachts, with registered office at Via del Lauro 9, 20121 Milano (MI), Italy — P.IVA / EU VAT IT14550560966. Contact: info@acquamarinayachts.com.
Yacht information supplied in good faith
The details, specifications, descriptions and images of yachts presented on this website are supplied to Acquamarina by owners, their representatives or other third parties. They are published in good faith and are believed to be correct at the time of publication, but Acquamarina has not independently verified every item and cannot and does not warrant their accuracy or completeness. Statements concerning a yacht's condition, history, hours, equipment or performance are made on the basis of information provided to us, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Specifications and availability subject to verification
All specifications, measurements, inventories and stated conditions are subject to verification, amendment and withdrawal without notice. A yacht presented on this website may be sold, withdrawn from sale, or altered in specification or price at any time. Interested parties should request the current position before relying on any published detail.
Information does not form part of a contract
Nothing on this website constitutes an offer capable of acceptance, and no information published here forms, or shall be deemed to form, part of any contract for the sale or purchase of a yacht. Contractual terms are exclusively those set out in the written agreements signed by the parties to a transaction.
Prices subject to change
Asking prices are indicative, may exclude taxes, duties, berth or other costs unless expressly stated, and may change or be withdrawn at any time without notice. Where a price is stated in a given currency, exchange-rate effects are the responsibility of the parties.
VAT status requires independent confirmation
Indications of VAT status (such as "VAT paid" or "VAT unpaid") reflect information provided by the owner and are given for general guidance only. The VAT and customs position of a yacht can be complex and fact-dependent. It must be independently confirmed by the buyer's own tax and legal advisers, on the basis of original documentation, before any contractual commitment.
Photographs
Photographs and videos may have been taken at an earlier date, may show a sistership where expressly indicated, and may include optional equipment, personal effects, artwork, tenders, toys or other items that are not included in the sale. The inventory included in a sale is exclusively that defined in the contract.
Obligation to carry out due diligence
Buying or selling a yacht involves significant technical, legal and fiscal considerations. Prospective buyers are expected to commission an independent marine survey and sea trial, and both buyers and sellers should obtain independent legal and tax advice before entering into any commitment. Acquamarina acts as broker and coordinator; it does not provide legal, tax or accounting advice, and nothing on this website should be read as such.

Data is not sold, and is not shared with third parties except where necessary for these purposes or required by law. You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data by writing to info@acquamarinayachts.com. Full details are provided in the Privacy Policy.
