Start the conversation
Every enquiry is read personally and treated in confidence.
There is no wrong way to begin. Some clients arrive with a precise brief; others with a link to a yacht they cannot stop thinking about; others with nothing more than "we are considering it — talk us through what ownership really involves." All three are good openings. Write in English or Italian, tell us as much or as little as you wish, and you will receive a considered, personal reply — not an automated sequence, and not a subscription to anything. What you share with us stays with us.
Buying
Considering a purchase — whether you have a shortlist or only a size range and a cruising plan? Write to francesco@acquamarinayachts.com with whatever you have: intended use, rough budget, timing. We will reply with an honest first view of what the market can deliver against your brief, and how we would run the search — including the off-market layer the portals never show.
Selling
If you are weighing a sale — now or next season — the useful first step is a confidential valuation: our written view of your yacht's realistic market position, with the reasoning attached. Send the basics (builder, model, year, location, and anything you wish to add) to sales@acquamarinayachts.com. The valuation and the conversation remain confidential whether or not you instruct us.
Off-market
For searches or sales that must not become public, write to francesco@acquamarinayachts.com with "Off-market" in the subject line, or simply state that discretion is the priority. We will agree the ground rules first — what may be disclosed, to whom, and when — before any detail of your situation moves anywhere. Discretion is not an option we add; it is how the house works.
Everything else
Questions about how we work, our terms, a possible collaboration, or something that does not fit a category: info@acquamarinayachts.com. If your matter is better handled by another kind of professional — a lawyer, a surveyor, a management company — we will say so plainly and, where we can, point you in a useful direction.
Enquiries are read personally, and replies come from a person rather than a system. We answer as promptly as the day's commitments allow — and if your matter is urgent, please say so in the subject line so we can prioritise accordingly.
One message is enough
Whatever stage you are at — idly curious or contract-ready — a short message is all it takes to find out whether we can be useful. The reply will be personal, and the conversation confidential.
